If the splinters of anxiety, the ache of loss, the pangs of exhaustion or blocks around creativity have narrowed your vision of hope, together we will honor your unique life experiences and swim into seas of reconnection, being, and becoming. Alongside creative explorations around the unique challenges you may be experiencing, I am particularly interested in disentangling the effects of societal messaging on clients’ lives. Together, we will explore challenging narratives while unearthing your values, ethics, rich knowledge and passions as a means of co-creating new experiences that support you in living out rich and preferred ways of journeying through life. As a queer musician, my practice is inspired by the interweaving of curiosity, storytelling and meaning making.
