I am passionate about working with children and adolescents who are struggling to make sense of their world and manage life's challenges. I have 5+ years experience in the mental health field in partnering with kids, teens, and their families who are navigating a wide variety of issues, including everyday stressors, school-related difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family struggles, neurodivergence, and navigating juvenile court and DCFS/DHS involvement. My priority is to meet every individual and family where they are by providing a safe space to make sense of their unique experiences and circumstances. I aim to provide a therapeutic space where children and teens can explore their emotions and experiences in a way that feels natural to them. I utilize a trauma-informed approach and draw on a diverse range of therapeutic skills and interventions to tailor therapy to each person's unique needs and lived experiences.
