I work best with children and adolescents with the teamwork of their grown ups, to create as much support as possible. As a prior school counselor, I have supported children, adolescents, and their families for a multitude of reasons, from navigating daily stressors to major life events and trauma. I specialize in peer and family conflict, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, and self-esteem.
