I am currently accepting new clients! I have found the heart of therapeutic work lies in meeting clients where they are and supporting individuals as they identify what they already know to be true. I view every client through a strengths-based, trauma informed, and holistic lens. I believe in a compassionate, integrative approach to managing life's challenges, transitions, and overwhelm with a focus on mindfulness-based work. I also strongly believe in healing by integrating the cognitive, physical and spiritual elements of the self.
