No problem is too big or too small to find a solution. I believe in working with clients in a non judgmental and corroborative way. Trust is very important to the therapeutic relationship and I strive to check in with clients periodically to ask about any issues that may have come up in the relationship. I help clients with working on communication skills, low self esteem, depression and anxiety. I like doing role plays and giving clients handouts and homework!
