Many people come to therapy seeking a deeper understanding of their patterns and the opportunity to create more freedom and choice in their lives. You might be feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or you may have a vague sense that there has to be something more to life. You may be seeking ways to (re)connect with your body, process difficult emotions, navigate identity-related concerns, or manage the impacts of trauma, oppression, chronic illness, or loss. My work supports individuals who are ready to explore these issues in a compassionate space and to discover what becomes available when we challenge what we know and venture off-map. My approach to therapy is embodied, trauma-informed, and liberation-based. I specialize in somatic and existential therapy. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that healing wants to happen and that growth emerges organically under the right conditions. I also recognize that our experiences are profoundly shaped by the broader contexts in which we live.
