Hello, I am glad you are here! Whatever brings you today, I promise the paths to healing are multiple and you are not alone. If you are looking for trauma treatment, here is a little about me. I love this work and have dedicated my experience & training to understanding how we develop, and the implications of attachment dynamics/impacts of complex developmental trauma on our bodies, lives & well-being. I use an integrative approach to attune to somatic symptoms, tend to nervous system regulation and support clients build full, embodied lives. I am also passionate about perinatal issues, matrescence and neurodiversity (HSP).
