How we are today is made from our biology and the environment we are brought up in. While many of our problems are not our faults, it is up to each of us to solve them anyway. That's where I would like to help. We can't do what we haven't been taught, and unfortunately, many people have not been taught how to process the impactful moments of their lives in a way that leaves them feeling in control of themselves. Through therapy, each person can feel empowered to make their life what they want it to be; not just what their experiences have currently left them with.
