Relationships are a tremendously important part of our lives. When they are going well, they are a great source of joy, comfort, and meaning. When they are not, they can be painful and consuming, and lead to depression, anxiety, and despair. I specialize in helping people with all kinds of relationship challenges, from healing after affairs, to deciding whether to stay in a marriage that seems to have lost its life force. Maybe you are in a business partnership with someone that you are having trouble relating to these days, or struggling to find new meaning after the kids are grown and gone. I can help you find some clarity I have specialized training in couples therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as the Gottman Method. I use this formal training along with the many things I learn from my clients to help people find peace and clarity, promote healing in the aftermath of betrayal or hurt, and help people find joy and connection.
