Hi, I’m Claire Nowinski (she/her), a Limited License Professional Counselor, Registered Provisional Art Therapist, and Certified Grief Counselor. I offer therapy as a sacred, inclusive space where emotional, spiritual, and physical aspects of self are honored. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, centering safety, creativity, and each client’s lived experience. Whether addressing grief, trauma, identity, or personal growth, I tailor care to each individual, honoring neurodiversity and cultural context.
