I am a licensed mental health counselor, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I believe with the right support, it's possible to change the way we think and feel about painful or overwhelming life experiences - and reclaim a sense of peace and empowerment. In our work together, I use EMDR and integrate it with talk therapy and mindfulness skills, to help clients work through distressing memories or traumatic events, or move through issues related to low self-esteem, social anxiety, grief and loss, body image concerns, relationship break-ups, life-transitions and stress.
