Everyday stress and the many hardships of life build up and drain us of our energy over time. You are not alone. It takes just one supportive person to reduce pain and suffering during life’s toughest moments. Everyone has innate wisdom about how to heal. My role as a therapist is to hold space and validate everything it takes to be human so you can navigate life's challenges and reconnect with your most authentic self. As a mental health counselor and yoga teacher, I work with clients to connect to the present moment, allow whatever shows up, and take action to promote lasting change. I have a soft spot for helpers and creatives, such as healthcare professionals, healers, therapists, teachers, caregivers, parents, "people pleasers," artists, etc.
