I specialize in providing therapy to tweens, teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also often work with clients struggling in their relationship with their parents, partner or friends. I provide a warm nonjudgmental approach to help you clarify what matters to you in life while also finding relief from distress.
