I support clients who want to improve relationships with themselves, others, and their environment. Due to these values developing further in adulthood, I work with adults 18-40+ from all walks of life. Most often, my work involves navigating life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, boundaries, anxiety, and depression. I also am passionate about understanding how the social taboos surrounding maternal mental health and parenting affect new parents and parents with young children.
