My work with clients comes from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual perspective. Interactions of both mind and body are regarded as central to the healing process and whole health. Focus is on the powerful ways in which emotional, mental, social, and spiritual factors can directly affect health. Emphasis is given to the sacredness of the therapeutic relationship, the power of the “healer within,” the powerful healing capacity of a healthy mind, and the influence of lifestyle habits on mind-body health.
