Being human can be hard, especially as we relate to other humans. You don't have to do it alone! I’m committed to helping my clients discover their most authentic selves, improve their relationships, and find a deeper sense of aliveness and belonging. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and grounded, with a touch of humor. I believe that change happens through relationship. When we build a strong and secure relationship in therapy, we can create opportunities to practice healthy communication, boundaries, and vulnerability - and learn to bring a greater felt sense of safety into other relationships as well.
