Sometimes it seems that life has given us more than we can handle, and in times like these we may need others to help along the way. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between myself and the individuals, couples, and families I work with. I bring a non-anxious presence to the therapeutic process, and I work to create a casual and approachable space for you, your child, or your family. I work with those who have experienced trauma, loss, abuse, peer difficulties, spiritual issues, family conflict, self-harm, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
