Hi, I'm Clara! As a therapist, I support clients through key moments of transition and personal growth in their lives. I specialize in the perinatal period - pre-conception, pregnancy, and postpartum. I understand that this time can be filled with complex emotions, challenges, and feelings of overwhelm, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate the physical, emotional, and psychological shifts that come with it.
