My name is Clara Herrera. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am passionate about working with adults and children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, and adjusting to life changes. As a therapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help individuals explore and process past experiences that continue to affect their well-being today. EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based approach that supports healing from trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges by targeting the root causes.
