Looking for a therapist who’s deeply relational, super somatic, and kinda woo? I’m a somatic therapist specializing in holistic trauma recovery—I know trauma healing is serious and messy work—but I also believe it can be fun, weird, out-of-the-box, and for it to be effective – it has to be grounded in the body. I’m not the blank-slate, bobblehead type of therapist who just nods and stays neutral. My work is collaborative, raw, real, and heart-centered—I take a no bullshit approach, but always come from a place of love. I show up authentically and invite my clients to do the same, because that's what therapy and healing is about.
