I offer therapy to diverse individuals, couples, and families in a small private practice setting. For adults and adolescents, I offer traditional talk therapy, and for children, I offer play therapy. Some of my particular areas of interest are identity development, emotion regulation, major life transitions, and grief. I also have experience working with attachment, intergenerational and childhood trauma.
