I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and parents. Although therapy will take place in my office, I believe that guiding parents on what they can do at home to help their child is important. I strive to give my clients the coping tools they need and can use daily to help regulate emotions which will ultimately help with their behaviors. I have a special certification in AutPlay Therapy. This play therapy and behavioral therapy approach is great for clients (3-18) that struggle with regulating emotions, social skills, anxiety, impulse control, behavioral concerns, bullying, depression, and education challenges. View 5 Photos I use an integrative therapy approach which caters to my clients specific needs. I have an art room that is great for "teens/tweens" and a play room that is great for younger children. I have experience working with children/teens who have anxiety related issues, OCD, depression, autism, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, and adjustment disorders.
