I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment to explore stuck points that keep you or you family from living your most fulfilling life. Using a collaborative approach, I support children, adolescents, and adults who are working through life stressors and transitions, trauma and grief, and navigating a variety of mental health diagnoses. Additionally, I support clients through anxiety, depression and mood challenges, perinatal mental health, parenting, adjustment and attachment work. I have experience working individuals exploring sexual/gender identity, foster/ adoptive families, and children with sexual behavior problems.
