I commonly work with neurodivergent individuals and attract clients who experience anxiety, emotional dysregulation, challenges with ADHD, and those navigating complex trauma or who are living with a chronic illness. I also support parents of neurodivergent children through a strengths-based lens while also reflecting on how your own life experiences shape the ways you parent. My approach is trauma-informed and aims to help you better understand yourself and the ways that your current and past experiences influence how you're feeling today and how you respond to stressors in your life.
