Throughout the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients, including addiction, severe mental health, postpartum, and chronic illness. I have learned I am most passionate about working with those who struggle with intergenerational trauma or acculturation conflict, parenting issues, or life transitions. My clients may internally struggle with not conforming to what's expected of them and as a result find themselves feeling anxious, depressed, or dissatisfied with their current state. Together, we will identify goals and with some guidance embrace change to achieve success.
