I am a licensed clinical counselor and I have experience in helping adults and adolescents with a variety of mental health and substance abuse concerns. I enjoy working with individuals in establishing goals to increase their well being and developing an effective plan to get those goals met. I am also a Level 1 IFS trained provider. My experience includes addressing concerns with issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, codependency, alcohol and drug issues, mood disorders, cultivating self-compassion, and developing overall coping skills to help manage stress.
