As a counselor-in-training, I value working with individuals of all ages who are seeking support and understanding. Maybe you have experienced a recent life transition, a close relationship has come to a close, or perhaps you are seeking a change in how you go about living your life. Feeling unsure of yourself and the path you are walking on can contribute to anxiety, stress, and an overall state of confusion. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally, and value multiculturalism, while remaining mindful of my own identities and lived experiences. I take a person-centered, existential, holistic approach to treat you as a whole person. The therapeutic relationship is important to me, leading me to explore your values, identity, and lived experiences. I believe that you are the expert of yourself and are capable of discovering meaningful solutions with the right support and guidance.
