I provide Individual, Couple's and Family therapy, addressing many concerns including Trauma, Trauma bonds, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and stress management secondary to chronic medical conditions & job stress, poor communication, breakups, separation/divorce/co-parenting, grief/loss, etc. Clients are given specialized tools and methods, that help them build confidence and courage, regulate emotions, improve their perspective, and increase their level of functioning.
