I believe childhood experiences create the template for adult life. Early losses, separations and trauma define the choices of strategies or defenses we use as adults. Pain and suffering can be caused by these early experiences. It is my job as a therapist to join my clients in their journey of discovery of these templates and help them to gain a more fulfilled life. I provide individual, couples and family counseling services in both English and Spanish in a safe, comfortable environment. My approach is tailored to each client, to meet them on their journey of discovery to finding a more fulfilled life.
