I am Susan McKay, LCSW. Life’s challenges—whether grief, anxiety, trauma, depression, or major life transitions—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. I specialize in supporting individuals through prolonged grief, suicidal ideation, trauma, PTSD, divorce, and relationship struggles. Whether you’re coping with past traumatic experiences, life’s challenges, or navigating self-esteem issues, I provide an empathic and supportive space for us to work together to help you process and gain clarity and resolution. With a strengths-based approach, I integrate several Evidenced Based Therapies (EMDR, ACT and CBT) to help you navigate grief, trauma, and emotional distress. Our sessions will be interactive and empowering, equipping you with practical coping strategies to manage stress, improve relationships, and foster personal growth.
