What if you had a safe space to explore the "why" behind your reactions? I offer a warm, supportive space where clients can explore the patterns, emotions, and relationships that shape their lives by helping people gain insight into their emotional experiences, attachment patterns & relationships. I take an integrative approach, blending modalities to meet each client's unique needs. I also include animal-assisted therapy with my dog, Sookie (pictured below) who is certified as a therapy dog.
