I work collaboratively with individuals who want to better understand themselves, heal emotional wounds, and create lives that feel more intentional and meaningful. My approach is steady, compassionate, and depth-oriented — honoring both the complexity of the psyche and the realities of everyday life. The success of my approach comes from merging western theories of the psyche with ancestral systems of knowledge to facilitate growth, and healing. My solid psychodynamic background, as well as my transpersonal/expanded states of consciousness studies and exploration, has gifted me a broad spectrum understanding of the human experience, and it's potential.
