My goal is to create a comfortable and nonjudgmental space in which you feel safe to explore and process past and current experiences, difficult emotions, worrisome thoughts and whatever else is holding you back. It is my goal to help you gain insight into ingrained thought and behavior patterns that no longer serve you.
