My name is Claudia Hadley, LICSW. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with individuals to help improve and enrich their lives. I see that a good deal of compassion and understanding is needed in this "journey" in order to better deal with the challenges as we face our every day. The issues I feel strongly have to do with gaining a sense of inner peace through developing mindfulness, acceptance, self compassion and forgiveness. I see these needs as people navigate down the avenues of their life...learning how to find happiness.
