My passion lies in working with individuals, couples and families that are dealing with life's transitions or facing significant challenges or adjustments. My professional experience allows me to see things from an open and solution focused perspective. I believe the therapeutic process provides a great opportunity for the individual to get to know himself as well as the strengths and answers that lie within and this is what opens up the door to change and evolution. An open and safe therapeutic environment is paramount in my sessions to allow clients to connect and and explore the self without feeling judged. I have experience in Trauma Informed, Solution Focused, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Existential Therapy. My background also includes working with adults that have been adopted as well as with adoptive parents.
