I work with women and teens who feel anxious, emotionally disconnected, or overwhelmed, even when life looks “fine” on the outside. Many of my clients have learned to push through, stay strong, or put others first, often without realizing how past experiences or relational patterns are shaping their present. Using a trauma-informed approach, therapy becomes a space to gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface, reconnect with emotions and the body, and build a sense of safety and self-trust.
