Claudia Lopez, LMFT - 94902 My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, helping clients explore how past experiences impact their current behaviors and decision-making. My journey to becoming a therapist began in academic counseling, where I worked with students facing a variety of challenges. Over time, I noticed that many of these students were struggling with mental health issues, and I realized that I felt limited in the support I could provide. This prompted me to pursue further education and training in mental health, as I wanted to learn how to better help individuals manage their emotional well-being.
