Certified to offer supervision for those working towards advanced licensure Connecting our minds, bodies and empowerment ideals, assisting clients as they begin their journey of wellness/recovery utilizing mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, and brief/solutions focused therapies. I also embrace less traditional approaches to treatment highlighting fitness, nutrition and mind/body wellness.
