As a holistic spiritual psychotherapist, expressive art therapist and licensed mental health counselor, I partner with people of all ages to ease depression & anxiety, assist with grief counseling, and guide major life transitions. I also have two post-graduate certificates in trauma. My traditional psychotherapy practice consists of many teens and adults in my quaint office overlooking Barnstable Harbour. As a member of the Global Association of Holistic Psychotherapists, I guide people to connect with their own inner spirit to help themselves discover their own answers. Holistic Psychotherapy can be done in person or by phone. As it is different from traditional psychotherapy, it is not covered by insurance.
