I specialize in working with young -- middle aged adults who have been dealing with a range of issues: anxiety, depression, relationships, mood disorders, natural transitions (e.g. marriage, career changes), substance abuse, and trauma. During my 19 years of experience, I have worked with clients of diverse backgrounds. My therapeutic work is a combination of psychotherapeutic and cognitive behavioral approaches applied to individualized, interactive therapy. I am a graduate of Yale College and the Columbia University School of Social Work. I have a certificate from the Training Institute of Mental Health in Psychoanalytic Therapy.
