I provide individual therapy as well as consultation for EMDR clinicians working on certification or basic training. Are you ready to make sense of painful experiences, gain understanding of your past and work toward a brighter future? If you are feeling lost, overwhelmed, or not feeling "like yourself" please reach out. I have experience with the effects that generational trauma and difficult life adjustments can have on daily life when they are not processed. I have also seen the relief people gain when they are able to safely and collaboratively explore traumatic events. My goal is creating a safe healing space for people to grow and connect to their true selves. I am a curious listener and it is my passion to empathetically and humbly guide you through your healing journey. I offer a space for people to explore the facets of their experiences as well as coping skills so you can connect with what matters most in your life.
