I take a relational and compassionate approach to therapy, helping clients understand how their early experiences shape the way they relate to themselves and others today. My work often draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR to support healing from complex trauma, addiction, and difficult family dynamics. I also work with family members who are coping with a loved one’s addiction or the impact of domestic violence. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and develop new ways of connecting—to yourself and to others—with greater awareness, balance, and choice.
