My name is Claudia Ulwelling, MA, LMFT. My approach to therapy is to offer a safe and welcoming space for you to explore life challenges that you feel may be holding you back from your goals. I have experience treating clients with family conflict, grief/loss, life transitions, personal growth and transformation, spirituality, stress and trauma. My therapeutic approaches are dependent on clients individual needs. Solution Focused and Person Centered Therapies are two modalities I have found to promote increased well-being.
