I have been working with college and graduate students for the past twenty years, helping them find a voice, gain confidence, and build resilience. Many students want help developing skillsets and adeptness to meet a world full of demands and expectations. This requires identifying their strengths and vulnerabilities to navigate their way and meet their goals. I offer a place for students to figure out a work-life balance as well as manage academic or professional struggles. Self-discovery and relationship dynamics will be a focus throughout therapy to help grow and gain greater insight and understanding.
