About
Who does the bleeding pastor talk to? You pour out week after week-preaching, counseling and carrying the weight of other's pain, but behind the title you may be bleeding. If you are a pastor or leader experiencing grief, exhaustion, betrayal, church hurt, marital or family strain, burnout, loneliness, hidden anger, or feeling misunderstood- you are not weak, and you are not alone. You don't have to bury your pain to lead well. You don't have to manage your own trauma while carrying everyone else's. Healing doesn't require you to stop leading, it requires support-support for the one who supports everyone else. I am a trauma-informed, strength-based therapist who also work in ministry. I provide confidential support and a non-judgmental, compassionate space for pastors, leaders, individuals, couples and families to process pain, trauma and emotional exhaustion so they can lead from wholeness, not depletion.
