I work with children, adolescents and adults. I consider the importance of building a safe, supportive relationship to help individuals, couples and families overcome various challenges in life. I address trauma issues, substance abuse challenges, eating disorders, anxiety, stress and depression. I provide anger management and I offer psychological testing. I work in conjunction with schools, lawyers and the court. I consider a variety of therapeutic approaches, I address relaxation techniques, and I value empowering client's strengths and work to help individuals live more meaningful, productive lives.
