Trauma and PTSD, chronic pain, and psychosis-related conditions often overlap with substance use in complex ways. That intersection is the focus of my work. I’m a Master’s-level licensed associate with 8+ years in mental health and substance use care. Sessions stay centered on you, offering informed perspective, flexibility, and a focus on sustainable change. I work as a co-pilot—helping identify patterns, clarify what’s happening beneath the surface, and provide clear, thoughtful feedback. Values matter in this process; if they’re unclear, we explore them together with compassion rather than self-criticism.
