You can count on confidential counseling services to assist you and your family members with adult living problems, mental health concerns, and substance use issues. Employers may call on us to provide workplace interventions addressing matters of workplace stress, conflict, morale, productivity, and change management. Finally, organizations can turn to us for assistance with relationship management and organizational improvement and effectiveness. Department of Transportation (DOT) Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services are available by self or employer referral. SAP evaluation services, return to safety-sensitive duty, and follow up services are provided. Additionally, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Substance Abuse Expert (SAE) services that include SAE evaluation, fitness for duty, and follow up services are also available.
