Depression, stress, fear, anxiety, and trauma are some of the most uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. We often find ourselves stuck, frozen, and unable to move forward, yet it hurts to stay exactly where we are. Conflict, stress, life changes, resentment, infidelity, focusing on the "business" side of family and running a home, can all drive couples into their own silos and erode emotional connection. I strongly believe in unconditional acceptance and warmth, to help you create a life, marriage, and relationship you've always envisioned. Helping the individual heal and empower the relationship with self, helping couples mitigate crisis, improve communication, learn to make sense of their differences, and refocus on healthy foundations of a relationship.
