I partner with clients, focusing on mindfulness, effective communication, performance, negative-self talk, measurement and personal self-care. I open a space for individuals to be their full self, both performance based, and personally. I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) specializing in working with athletes and individuals in performance-driven domains. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work with her clients towards internal strength and peak performance - whether this is on the sports field, music stage, college forum, corporate meeting, student presentation, or personal practice areas.
